What To Expect During A Winter Preparation Inspection

Winter Preparation Multi-Point Vehicle checks examine areas of your car that are most vulnerable in the winter and need the most care. 

• Tire Inspection - We check the depth of tread and the overall condition of your tires. You may want an alignment check as well.
• Battery Test & Inspection - We make sure your battery connections are secure and clean, and that it is charging properly
• Brake Inspection - We check your brake pads and all other aspects of your brakes to make sure they work properly.
• Wiper Blade Inspection - You will abuse your wiper blades a lot in the winter. If they are worn at all they should be replaced.
• HVAC Inspection - Heater, defrost, seat warmers, steering wheel warmers - Heat, and all areas of warmth, should be checked and in good working order before winter starts.
• Check Engine Coolant & Antifreeze - Your coolant and anti-freeze can wear out over time just like oil and needs to be replaced.
• Windshield Crack Inspection - This is also a good time to check for cracks in windows. They will get much in the cold weather.
• Vital fluids - Extreme temperatures are hard on your vehicles fluids, we will check levels & condition to determine if service is required.
